When Returns or Replacements Apply
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, replacements or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical or payment issue
- The delivered license key or software is invalid, not working, or incorrect
- Duplicate payments occurred
Note: Change of mind or accidental purchase does not qualify for a return.
How to Request a Replacement

- Go to your Orders section and locate the affected product
- Contact our support team via email or the support form
- Provide your order number and a screenshot or proof of the issue
Once verified, our support team will issue a replacement key or product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are considered only if the product was not delivered or a duplicate payment occurred. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Vendor Responsibilities
If you are a seller on The Soft Solution, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring all digital products and license keys are valid
- Responding promptly to replacement requests
- Complying with the platform’s Return & Replacement policy
